Responsibility
- Planning, install, and implementation for project.
- Maintain, support, and troubleshooting customers’ system.
- Preventive maintenance, and perform necessary plan for migrate system and upgrade system.
- Prepare required reports such as Installation/configurations/maintenance report, and etc.
- Support day-to-day operation issues.
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication or related fields.
- 0-5 years experience in IT, Network environment
- Good background knowledge of TCP/IP, VoIP, Wire and Wireless technology.
- Service minded with excellent communication and coordination skills, positive attitude, proactive and willing to learn
- Experience in one of these products such as Cisco, Metaswitch, Fortinet, HPE Aruba, and Dell is a plus.
- Experience in Linux is a plus.
- Some experience with programming language such as Python, Java, HTML, or any other programming languages and also knowledge in Database like MySQL, Oracle or MS SQL is a plus.
- Good English communication. If you have reasonable TOEIC score is an advantage.
